Referral Terms & Conditions

1. The program

The Beyond Norm Finance Refer-a-Friend Program (the "Program") is offered by Norm Roberts trading as Beyond Norm Finance ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a referral, you ("Referrer") agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Australia.
• You must have your friend, family member or colleague's ("Referred Person") express, informed consent before submitting their personal details.
• You must not be an existing client whose own loan application is in progress in respect of the same referral.
• Beyond Norm staff, contractors and their immediate family are not eligible for rewards.

3. Rewards

• $100 gift card when the Referred Person submits a finance application through Beyond Norm Finance and that application receives formal approval (unconditional approval) from a lender.
• $500 (paid by EFT or as a gift card, at our discretion) when the Referred Person's loan settles with Beyond Norm Finance as the broker of record.
• Rewards are issued within 30 days of the qualifying event being confirmed.
• Only one reward per qualifying event, per Referred Person. The reward applies to the first eligible Referrer for that Referred Person.
• Rewards are forfeited if the application or loan is withdrawn, cancelled, refinanced away within 6 months of settlement, or found to involve false or misleading information.

4. Consent and contact

By ticking the consent box and submitting the referral form, you confirm that the Referred Person has consented to being contacted by Norm Roberts of Beyond Norm Finance by phone, SMS and email regarding their finance enquiry. You acknowledge that this consent is required under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The Referred Person may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting norm@beyondnorm.com.au or replying STOP to any SMS.

5. Privacy

Personal information collected through the referral form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect this information solely to administer the Program and provide finance services.

6. Tax and disclosure

Rewards may have tax implications. You are responsible for any tax payable on rewards you receive. You should disclose any referral arrangement that is relevant to your professional or fiduciary obligations.

7. General

We may amend or terminate the Program at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
